Observations:
Most of the top-rated Sci-Fi novels were written in the second half of the 20th century with the maximum having been published in the 1950s.

Observations:
Between the 1950 - 2000, these books cumulatively accounted for a total of 27 Hugo awards and 16 Nebula awards.
